Use of this Service is at your own risk. Slick Account Pvt. Ltd. does not represent or warrant that the Site, its server or any linked sites are free of any harmful materials.

Maximum Liability

Except as specified in these Terms, the maximum liability of Slick Account Pvt. Ltd. is the amount paid to Slick Account Pvt. Ltd. by the customer.

Other

The Terms of Service take precedence over any conflicting material on the Service.

Indemnification

The user agrees to indemnify and hold Slick Account Pvt. Ltd., its directors, officers and employees, harmless from any claim, demand, or damage, including legal fees, asserted by any third party due to or arising out of the user's use of or conduct on the Site.

Modification to Terms

Slick Account Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to change the Terms or policies regarding the use of the Site at any time and to notify you by updating the Service.

Enforcement

Reverse engineering the functionality or design of the site is not permitted.

Refund

No refunds will be given under any circumstances.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Once you cancel you can continue to use the application until your current billing period ends. You can cancel your account on the Settings > Subscription page. You may delete your account and all your data at anytime, but doing so forfits the ability to continue using your account during the remainder of your billing period.
